Linus Jolt is the first band which Granfa Grigg and Loomis were in in the early 90's. Inspired by Granfa Grigg's uncle who plays the blues, and fine bands such Sonic Youth, Ministry, Pink Floyd, and Helmet- Linus Jolt failed horribly at sounding like anything other than a couple insane kids who have been eating too much candy, drinking too much soda and are armed with a bass, guitars, children's 80s keyboards, pickle jars, rocking chairs, etc. They figured if Sonic Youth could produce the album, "Sonic Death," anyone could make one. Recorded directly onto a tape deck with a built in microphone, now Linus Jolt is available on MP3 format! Each of the following songs is an entire album (very short one mind you). Check out this stupid teenage shit!
